Early days yet but I have started taking a teaspoonful of cinnamon per day.My blood sugars have immediately lowered to normal 6 to 7 rather than 10-12.

Its good with for sure. If you want a sweet taste without all the extra icing, then go with raisins. Some disagree with it, but maybe a healthier choice to get that sweet taste in the mouth. I want cinnamon rolls now. Going to bk for breakfast when i get off work.
