When I was a kid, there were TV announcements every December and January... "Aliens: You must report your current address to the Govenment by January 15th. Failure to due so may have serious consequesces. Forms are available at your local US Post Office."

Do you really think that would help? Nothing short of a complete turn around by the Mexican government in changing their economic priorities from "what's best for the Mexican wealthy" to a government that's for the people and by the people, is the only way illegal alien flow to the U.S. can be curtailed.

The thought that anyone would actually have expectations that they would comply just makes me laugh really. We have programs in place for immigrants to follow. What makes an illegal just that...illegal, is that they do not bother with those things. lol...yea, rush to your nearest post office and immediately comply...right then.

yes because its the law of the land and if i go to another country i would have to report my presence. its no difference here.

I'm in England UK, so I've never seen the programme.
Don't think it's worth bringing it out again as most don't speak the language (English) and loads won't bother reporting.

something needs to happen,why not have a United States of America I.D. card, then if you dont have it your arrested and sent where ever your from..
