if you are traveling outside the U.S. then make sure that you take you marriage certificate with you to show that you are married and have a different name now.

Q: will it be a problem if i have my MAIDEN name ON my passport but MY MARRIED name ON my green card?

A: No, that is not a problem. I too have my passport with my maiden name on it, but my green card has my married name on. When you go travel outside the united states, you will have to bring additional documentation (supporting documents) to show that they are the same person. These documents are as follows:

Marriage license, marriage certificate.

You can also have your passport ammended at the nearest Embassy. =)
