with daily exercise and a diet you should easily loose a stone in a month so to loose 20 pounds you could do it in 6 weeks but you would have to eat healthy and exercise for 1 hour per day at least

You honey, are already very slim for your height. If you are planning on losing 20 pounds you will have the body of a little girl, and that isn't attractive. Get help from your doctor with this problem. Sort it before you become anorexic.

Edit: 122 pounds = 55 kilos and for someone 5'7 it is a very healthy weight. I am 5'6 and my healthy weight for my frame is 64 kilos. Size zero is not a good look if that is what you are aiming for.
