About $ 500.00 US, unless its a Sterlingworth delux: with recoil pad & an ivory bead which would be worth about $ 750.00 US. Add 33% for auto ejectors. Price based on condition of 60% or better.

As a Firearms Appraiser, I can advise you of the following.

A Standard/ Field Grade A.H. Fox "Sterlingworth " Side by Side/Double Barrel Shotgun in 16 gauge, Box Lock Action,Double Triggers,26"-30" Barrel Lengths,Serial Ranges between 300,000 and 378,481.... Manufactured between 1910-1942..NOTE* This is just 1 of 9 different grades or variations of this shotgun. As the grades increase, so do the values of same. There are no examples of these Shotguns in 100% condition with the exception of a few Museum displayed, quality pieces and a few in private collections, hence the values start at 95% condition

95% Condition $2,100.00
90% " $1,650.00
80% " $1,315.00
70% " $1,075.00
60% " $ 975.00

You may add an additional $300 if your Shotgun has auto-ejectors, as an option.
These pieces are highly collectable, and have a reputation of quality that is known Internationally. These prices are accurate as of October 2007, but are subject to change as the firearms market changes...I would suggest to you that this ia a "keeper" and if it is a family heirloom, you should not sell it under any circumstances......Additional information is available if interested..
