i eat alot of chicken...but its only grilled or boiled and is skinless and very healthy. most of my diet is chicken(chicken noodle soup, grilled chicken sandwich or salad, chicken fajitas, chicken and veggies) lots of things like that. IS IT BAD FOR MY HEALTH? i also get all the other things like fruit, vegies, whole grains and all that but most of it is chicken(or some turkey) would this be good if i was trying to build muscle with all this protein? IS THIS OK TO EAT ALOT?

It's bad to eat a lot of anything. Start counting your calories.

No, this is great for your health. Esp the veggies along with your chicken. Yes, turkey is good also. If you like rice, add that to your chicken and veggies. I have a chicken salad for lunch almost everyday, or a lot.

Well, there's nothing good health-wise about eating alot of chicken, aside from the fact that you can obtain energy from the meat. It's okay to eat alot of chicken as long as you have a balanced diet of other foods.

Well people years ago lived on nothing but chicken. It is lean , it is healthy. The only thing I would worry about is this, if there is any truth in the statement "You are what you eat." you will turn into a chicken.

Saw some of the Contenders for Mr Universe last night? Seems they eat like 18 chicken breasts a day along with eggs and milk. Mind you and please do not get me wrong, while they were sculpted, you could see every muscle, it would not be my idea of a male. Still if you want to be a Miss Universe nothing wrong with chicken.

Yes... chicken and turkey are lean proteins so they will help you build muscle. Milk is also a good protein, as is cottage cheese, and legumes like beans and lentils, if you want to mix it up a bit.

Sounds good to me. Keep on it. I don't see the harm. If in doubt, consult a nutrionist. They can be a great source of info.
