What can I do with almond pulp?

I make my own almond milk and I do not know what to do with the pulp. I would like to utilze it.

with an egg and a can of mushroom soup for sauce over it, make a patty and fry it up. Look up this recipe in a vegitarian cook book. The nuts could be mixed with less groundones to give it more texture, but I really like this when i made it for some clients.
