Do you know where I can find a minutes template for a nil rate band discretionary trust (UK)?

I need to do the meeting minutes for my family's trust and I am looking for a template to use. Appreciate any help.

Sadly I can't answer your question being in the same boat. The solicitors who arranged my trust took over a year to complete and have only just sent me a copy of the documents several weeks after I asked for them. They have told me that I must hold an annual meeting of the trustees (myself and my two daughters), produce minutes, appraise the finances and render an income tax return. They say that these requirements were explained to me previously but I am sure they never did. They propose carrying out the necessary procedures on our behalf each year for £250 plus VAT!!! How they can do this I can't imagine since they are 120 miles away.

NRB trusts have just been made obsolete by charges to Inheritance tax announced this week - in fact, those with NRB Trusts may actually be worse off ....
