I like the song. But I don't need to paint any of my emotions. I'm wonderful the way I am and accepting of any faults. Plus, I don't believe in sin, so I don't have any guilt over human nature taking it's course. :)

As salaamu 'alaikym, my friend.

Insha'Allah, no one can hide his or her sins from Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, and we will each face His Judgment on the Last Day. It is wise to live constantly with this knowledge and awareness.

Insha'Allah, as we are each sinners and we all fall short of being worthy of the blessings and mercy of Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, it is also wiser to not look to sins of other but rather to our own.

Ma'a salaam.

(Many years agao, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards penned a tune called, "Paint It Black", in which the lyrics read, "I see a red door and I want it painted balck..." They were referring to depression by the use oif the color black, as well as personal anger.
Black is also a color that is traditionally used to refer to sin such as "black as sin", etc. It would make little to no sense at all to try to hide one sin with another sin as such would only compound the problem.)

Covering over your weaknesses or ignoring them leads to sudden uncontrolled outbursts.
