the good fiber or the better atleast comes from whole wheat and whole grain...no enriched but you should have about 50/50 of each in your diet..and 25grams of fiber daily

I agree. The fact that it is white is enough for me to stay away from them. So what if they're enriched with more fiber. I get plenty of fiber from fruits, veggies and whole grains, as I don't eat white bread or pasta.

I'd still stick with whole grains. they strip the wheat of nutrients to make white flour, then put them back artificially for nutrition. it's better to eat them in their original form.
