Just get any cheap red table wine and keep it in the basement. 4 to 6 ounces once a day. I drink Carlo Rossi Paisano. An inexpensive red table wine is as close to the vat dregs as they go. But that's where most of the anti-oxidants (skin) are. It is very good for you and the stats prove it in both a healthier body and longer life. Ask your doc. The wine also relaxes you, and in the amount indicated, does not come close to blood percentages that would be a problem driving. No you will not become an alcoholic. Their problem with alcohol has absolutely nothing to do with what you want to do. You can ask your doc about that too.

Wendy is right, many of the same anti-oxidant benefits of red wine can be found in grape juice. However, the blood thinning effects that are caused by beer and wine cannot.
