How do you delete a name and number and can you download all the numbers from your cell to it?

Listen to all the options in the menu, you will go into setup and from there take care of what you need to do.

You build the phone book manually by talking read the owners manual You can always say go back to add and delete numbers. I wish you could just say download cell sim card...
