okay so i know there are places like sparkpeople and some other fit one that makes you out a diet plan, but it is all for low calorie..and i was wondering if there is anywhere that makes out one for low carb?

and please keep your "low carb is so unhealthy" and "low carb doesnt work" comments yo yourself. i have heard them all before and really don't care. kthanksss

I can make up a diet easily.I'll bet you can too.
Tell me why you want to go on a diet, height, weight, medications and medical problems.
Breakfast :2 scrambled eggs with chopped green peppers, onions,ham and cheese.
Snack :Celery with Pb
Lunch: a big salad with all sorts of veggies and meat and cheese.One small piece of fruit.
Snack:Miso soup with shrimp.
Dinner : Any type of meat [ beef, chicken,fish, pork, lamb ], Broccoli and spaghetti squash.
Snack :8 oz of milk

The problem is that low carb doesn't work so not many websites are wasting valuable bandwidth promoting something that's been proven to be quackery again and again. But there are still a few..and you can always find a copy of the "Atkins diet revolution" in second hand stores.

Go to www.onetouchgold.com. That is a diabetic site and most of their recipes and plans are low carb. Diabetics have to keep their carbs low cause the because the body changes it to sugar. Go there, the diet plan is free. Good luck.

I'm not going to tell you that low carb doesn't work or that low carb isn't healthy, but I will tell you that you shouldn't treat carbs like they're going to make you blow up. This whole assault on carbs the last couple of years is disgusting, carbs are your body's main source of energy, don't deprive yourself of them! Remember, no energy, no metabolism.

South Beach diet is low carb. borrow a copy from the library. it's good carbs, not eliminate all carbs.

this will lose you more than enough by then just repeat until you get to your perfect weight. the details are at the bottom of the diet good luck with it !!
YOU MUST DRINK 5 X 8OZ GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY. THE DIET MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO LOSE 10LBS IN 3 DAYS.

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, ½ grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4 oz tuna, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 1 egg, 1 slice toast, ½ banana.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4oz cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ½ banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.


THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING.

THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME. IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 10LBS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING YOU CAN EAT NORMALLY BUT REMEMBER NOT TO OVERDO IT. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40LBS IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO IT.

TOAST MUST BE DRY. NO BUTTER OR MARGERINE.
SALTINE CRACKERS ARE OKAY OR RITZ.

(i think the coffee or the tea has to have caffiene in it. i just started this today, and i hope it works for u. when ur done with the diet, make sure u eat healthy and workout for the next week or so.)
