i'm 5ft 4.5in but i feel so fat. is there something wrong with me? i just want to be really beautifly thin but i feel so flabby. am i fat or do i have a mental problem? can you give me tips on how to eat normally and love my body? i'm 15 years old.

Do NOT skip breakfast even if all you have time for is cold cereal or a breakfast bar. Fruit is your friend--eat lot's of it. Ask a friend to look at you critically and tell you what they envy about your looks. Concentrate on looking good by wearing clothes that fit and flatter your body type.

5-4, 100 is great. But you can still have a little flab. Just participate more in PE, walk to and from school, and run during the weekends. And avoid junk food and soda.

u are really skinny...u could be heavier then that cuz u seem underweight. just try to have a positive self image and eat healthy. u can still have sweets and other things u want, just dont binge on it alot. eat fruit, veggies, whole grains, low fat cheeses, low fat milk, water, and lean protein like chicken, turkey, fish, or shrimp. exercise to be healthy but not to lose weight.

YES.....i'd say you are thinking like an Anorexic and you need help.....
You probably already are beautiful, and just exercise to tighten up those areas you think are flabby.
Eat grains, fruits, proteins, and veggies, and dairy. Avoid high sugar stuff. Don't overeat, but eat normal portions, and exercise.

Stop looking at the number of pounds you weigh, that number is irrelevant...are you healthy? Do you exercise? That is what matters...you are beautiful the way you were made...if anything, I suggest prevention magazine.
