I have been suffering following symptoms since January:
*Pain around ribs on the right-hand side of the abdomen
*Diarrhea or really soft ****
Of course, I have been seen gastology specialist. I did blood
test includes for internal organs, Hepatitis, HIV. I did stool test,
ultrasound for abdomen, CT scan with UV, colonoscopy,
upper gastrocamera. Only thing they found out from all tests,
I have mild fat tissue on my liver, but my doctor were not able to find out what is causing my pain and diarrhea.

**October
When I touch my ribs on the right-hand side of the abdomen,
I just found out there are pain today. When I need to go for poo,
I have to go to bathroom right away because I can not hold.
I can not enjoy my life now.
I appreciate your advise. Whom I should ask for help?

Pain around the ribs lower right hand side could be slipping rib syndrome. Are you doing anything like mowing a lawn or lifting a chair say once a week? Problem is that some time you have probably pulled a muscle and it just starts to heal when you strain it again and it just starts to heal when you strain it again. As for the bowels, any anxiety, like symptoms with no diagnosis can upset the bowels. You get the rib pain you then feel anxious and then you get the diarrhea or really soft stool. Likewise are you eating enough fiber, bulk out the stools?

I would say that if all tests shows that there is nothing really wrong with you physically, then these symptoms could be caused by anxiety or panic attacks. Abdominal distress, diarrhea, hot/cold flashes, chest discomfort etc, can be caused by anxiety disorder. btw, pain around ribs on the right-hand side of the abdomen could be related to liver. But I am not a doctor so do not take my word for it. The reason I say that it could be related to your liver is because that where it resides in your body. But again if there is really something badly wrong with your liver I do not think you would have survived the last 9 month do you not agree? So I'd say, go see your doctor, if all tests shows nothing wrong, then it could the anxiety related. Take care.

Possible gall bladder? Have you tested for that?
