Your question answers itself - the key word is "ignorants." Ignorant doesn't mean stupid, it means a lack of knowledge. For the most part, the West is sorely ignorant about Islam.
You are right, no one has the right to call anyone true or untrue Muslim, or Christian, or Jew, or whatever. That is between them and God, and only God can judge.
I was thinking the other day, "Why do some people call themselves true Christians? Is there such a thing as a false Christian?" True/false - forget these terms, because everyone is imperfect.

Actually, I don't know enough about it. I am not judging by your looks but if you are obviously sinning with things I can see on the outside your heart isn't pure you do realize that right? I don't need to look at your heart - lust on the outside is lust in the heart right? So, you are saying if I judge anyone even though they are clearly sinning I am wrong too and probably will go to hell faster then the one sinning? Even if I have lived a very righteous life and my only sin was to judge? Or try to stop laws from being made up that go against God's word? If my bro is homosexual and I try to tell him about it - I'm wrong? I now might go to hell. I am really asking because I don't know. So is a muslim justified to sin because no one has the right to speak against his sins? Just out of curiosity why is it ok for Muhammed to say the guy who judged is going to hell? Isn't that presumptious? You know, I would try to understand Islam if anyone ever cared enough to explain it to me.

Dearest you have the right to choose your own God. God is God...whether you are Muslim,Jew or Hindu.Just be sure that your faith aligns with the God of all Gods..The Alpha & the Omega...The beginning and the end..Do you really think God only sent Jesus Christ to save the so called Christian World? No...but if that is not your belief that is your right. I do understand you don't want to be judged but I am curious what do Muslim's think when they do see other Muslims doing lots of sins? Are they ever instructed to tell them. In the Christians bible we are told to gently admonish the sinner.
