I've had a few answers that sounded so great in my head, but the fingers didn't react quick enough. Couldn't word it properly in time to make a difference.

Are there any thoughts that you've kept inside that brain of yours that need to be let out? Here's a good chance to redeem yourself.

It never occurs to me what page I'll be on in the heat of the moment. Most questions come around regularly anyway, so you get another chance, and another, and another. My biggest problem is "esprit d'escalier", where you think of the perfect thing to say but by then it's too late to say it.

Well I try to give quality answers to about 75 or 80% of my answers. It did not matter to me where I appeared on the board to me. I say go ahead and keep plugging away. At least you got it out ofyour head and on print. For this is what Yahhoo Answers affords both the poster and the one who answers the questions.

Yes. Also, to give a correct and meaningful answer to someone who's question sounds like it came from literary, social and spiritual Hell is moot.
