Decrease what you eat - especially "junk" foods, increase fiber (fruits and vegetable, whole grains), reduce sugar and salt in diet. Drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water daily, and increase your exercise program. At your age losing 3- 5 pounds should not be too difficult by eating a balanced healthy diet and increasing daily exercise.

Don't obsess about your weight - you are probably perfect!

3-5 pounds is fairly easy to lose. Just eat fruit and veggies and juice for a day and do some aerobics or go for a jog. I'm sure when you get up in the morning it will be gone and if not then just take a laxative that is sure to do it.
