He never mentioned Jesus that I can recall, but he certainly turned me off with his delusions about Hell and a Heaven with gold streets, and all the other nonsense.

It has very little to do with Daddy or Mammy,it is mostly caused because of the rebellious teenage years when we tend to defy everything and anything we choose,and religion seems to be the first casualty.

Daddy wasn't into Jesus. He was a very smart, practical, friendly, funny, and charitable man, however. I like to think I got a little bit of that from him.

I didn't have a father growing up, I didn't even meet my real father until I was about 10. My grandmother more than anyone taught me about religion, god and Christianity. I turned away from Christianity and became an atheist all by myself.

My daddy isn't Christian, and he and mommy left me alone and let me develop my own understanding of spirituality ^_^
