I saw the CNN special on extremists of all faiths, but lets be honest, the most numerous, destructive and murderous terrorists are Muslim.
I don't see many or any Christians or Jews murdering, bombing and instilling terror.
Their faiths do not call for killing infidels.
Please stop fooling yourselves into believing all "fundamentalists" are equally dangerous. It's a lie and cannot be supported by facts.
If you have facts, lets see them.
Be specific.

Much of it is a matter of history. Islam is, in terms of barbaric behavior, where Christianity was about 350 years ago. Entire towns were exterminated in the Wars of Religion that rocked Europe in the 1500s and 1600s. The Pogroms under the Tsars were monstrous acts. My brethren and I have no lack of shame in our past. We (for the most part) outgrew it. Much of Islam has yet to do so.

To those listed by Bob C one could add the Ku Klux Klan (Christian).

Perhaps you are too young to remember the bombings and murders by the Irish Catholics (IRA), mainly in the 1970's. But the IRA only formally announced an end to violent activities in 2005.

But it is hard to forget the atrocities of the Christian Serbs against Muslims in the 1990's -- those are still under world court trials.

And to say Christian and Jewish teachings do not call for killing infidels flies in the face of centuries of history. Look at the Hebrew scriptures enjoining Joshua to exterminate Canaanites. Look at the Papal justifications for the Crusades .... which included not only murder of Muslim women and children but went so far as Christians cannibalizing them:

No religion has a monopoly on nightmarish extremism.

Read some history. The christians have a long history of terrorism in the MiddleEast and Europe and South America. What do you think the Crusades were about.
The jews used terrorism to set up the State of Israel and drive the Palestinians from their land in 1948

IRA
Kosovo War
Jewish Defense League (defined by FBI)
Army of God

Army of God is still around and active. We still have troops in Kosovo to help keep the peace. JDL is still around. IRA (as already pointed out) was still considered active until recently.

"All three of them are guilty for heinous acts towards humanity. " So are atheists. (Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao) There is not any theocracy irrespective of your paranoia. That mentioned, whilst will the rush for totalitarian secularism finish? Edit: Seldon Surak; You are conscious that one of the crusades had been towards Orthodox Christians, had been you no longer? Sure you had been.

The Jews have proved time and time again that they won't do that, even if they are being tortured or mutilated.

Christians already had their turn, and I'm sure they are just waiting in the wings to start again.
