The above answer is in modern-day Israeli Hebrew. Here's an attempt in Biblical Hebrew:
ישפטני רק האלהים
yishpeteni rak ha-elohim
Maybe also:
יוכל רק האלהים לשפוט אותי
yuchal rak ha-elohim lishpot oti
This second version is more literally 'Only God *can* judge me" as opposed to something like "will" or "may", but I'm not sure if "can" was used in this way in Biblical Hebrew.
In Biblical Hebrew the verb comes first.

Here it is in Hebrew with transcription. Whether it is "ancient" or not, I don't know!
Rak Elohim yakhol lishpot oti.

Rak= only
Elohim = God
yakhol = can, is able to
lishpot = to judge
oti = me.
BTW: Shoftim is the Hebrew name for the
biblical book of Judges.

There is a spelling mistake in the 1st answer and problems in the other one, so if it's for a tatto - think twice.
