No, because when you buy it at the grocery store it's just setting out on a shelf. But you definitely refrigerate it after you open it.

NO its called a shelf stable cheese probrobly has a date around march on you can refridgerate it bfore you open it but you deff need to after

No it doesnt, however i like to put it in the fridge that way it is cold if you want it on a sandwich or something. If you are using it in a recipe then there is no worry if it is cold or not!

where did you find it in the grocery store..?
it is vacuum packed in that plastic film.
after YOU open it wrap it tightly with cling wrap to keep air from the new cut surface..
