I am babysitting for my 2 year old little brother today. My mom left chicken for me to make. I am a good cook/baker. I would like some recipes for chicken, not just normal chicken. It is NOT on a bone. I would also like sides for it. We have pasta, bread, spaghetti sauce, cheese, a lot of spices, hashbrowns, just normal things that people have in their kitchens. I do not think we have potatoes though. ALSO I CANNOT DRIVE SO I CANT GO TO THE STORE! Any ides would help thanks.

I use boneless chicken breast and make chicken parmesan. Just put your chicken in a casserole dish pour your sauce over it, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 35-45 min until chicken is done. Cook your pasta then place the chicken on top with the sauce and serve. I will make a salad on the side. If I don't have garlic bread, I just butter regular bread and season it with garlic salt place in oven for a couple of minutes.

If it is boneless/skinless chicken breast, dice it up and toss in a skillet heating with olive oil and garlic if you have it, if not use garlic salt/powder or whatever seasonings you like. At the same time boil a pan of pasta until al dente (with a bit of crunch left to it), drain the pasta, add that directly to your chicken in the skillet when the pink is gone. You can add in any veggies you like, if you want, or cheese or both. Toss and continue to cook in the skillet until heated through.
NOW look away from the computer screen and see what your brother is doing ;)

Try this recipe:
Chicken Schnitzel
boneless chicken
salt, ground pepper
flour, breadcrumbs
2 whole eggs
oil to deep fry
Preparation
Slice the chicken in thin slices and season with ground pepper and salt.
Prepare 3 deep plates. Put flour in one, beaten eggs in another and breadcrumbs in the third. The meat is dipped in that same order. Start with moderate amounts; you can always top up quantities as needed
Put a chicken schnitzel on the plate with flour, cover both sides and shake off excess flour. Then dip it in the egg, making sure schnitzel is covered with egg. Lift, let excess egg drop off, and lay it in the breadcrumbs. Make sure schnitzel’s surface is coated with breadcrumbs. Again, lift it off plate and shake a little so loose crumbs fall off.
Put oil in a large frying pan 1/2-inch deep and heat. Schnitzels will swim which is deep frying. Get the oil hot enough that the schnitzel sizzles immediately when you put it in. When it has the desired color, turn it.
When cooked, place on paper towels to soak fat from schnitzel. It is ready to serve.

if you have bread crumbs you can make chicken parmesean. if not just put some bread in the oven til its crisp and then make crumbs out of it and mix some oregano or italian seasoning in the bread crumbs and dip the chicken in a beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, heat some oil and fry the chicken. put spaghetti sauce over the chicken and cheese on top and serve with pasta. if you have mozzerella use it and parmesean. good luck

my girls love my favorite thing to do with chicken. you chop the chicken into bite sized pieces. brown them in a skillet. while you're doing this, have the pasta boiling. when it's almost finished boiling, add a can or two of veggies to it. (i usually do peas and corn, but whatever you like will work) let the veggies get warm while the pasta finishes. drain the pasta/veggie blend. return them to the pot and add cheese, and a little milk (like you would for homemade mac and cheese). stir in the browned chicken and let it heat through so the cheese melts. mix it well. add salt and pepper to taste.
