There is a reason why you are breaking out right now. You are nervous! Being nervous causes the skin to act out in that way... and seeing as how you are turning 30... that is the reason. Don't get so stresses at that age. I mean... it's better than turning 40!

There's a variety of things that contribute to skin problems. The best treatment is a healthy, low fat diet, good weight management, and lots of exercise.

use some astringent to clean your face at least twice a day, oxy pads also help, try not to put any soap when you take a bath on your face, just clean it with the wash cloth alone, and if you use a thick lotion on your face, might have to change that also

it may be because you are stressed, this causes spots. It may be that you are wearing old make-up, bacteria will grow in it. Try changing your make up more regularly, ensure you get plenty of sleep and drink atleast 2 litres of water everyday. Amy xx

Could be stress, from the foods you are eating (chocolate, grease, cokes), or from sweat. All of these things can break your face out.

Definately a hormone change has occurred within you. It'll be ok though. You will become acustomed to it and it will go away.

it just happens. drink water, and make sure your face is clean. it happens. some people get adult acne. it's just your face reacting to something. did you try new makeup or moisturizer. make sure (I'm sure you know this), that you aren't using body lotion on the face. it's heavier than face moisturizer. you'll be fine.
