F.Y.I I weigh about 210 lbs. I just started at a new school, and - I swear, I'm not kidding - just about everyone except maybe 5 people are skinny! I would love, at this point to lose about 10 pounds in a week, so then I'll know what I was doing and lose more weight.

my mother wanted to loose ten pounds and she ate 4 meals a day and no extras and lost ten pounds in about 3 days hope this helps :)

10 pounds in a week is a little bit much. If you're goal is just to get healthier, there are a few simple steps that can help you achieve constant long-term weight loss until you reach a weight at which you feel healthy and comfortable.

First, I would recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Even diet soda has empty calories. additionally, a lot of soda has high levels of sodium, which will cause you to retain water weight.

Second, just do some very simple exercise. Go for a walk every day, even if it's just for 5 minutes or so. If walking to/from school is an option, that is a great way to do it.

ANYTHING more than 1-2 pounds per week is UNHEALTHY - and to lose 10 pounds in that time would take LIPOSUCTION!!!

You might think I'm joking (about the Lipo), but this is HOW your body handles your weight:

In order to lose ONE pound, you have to burn off 3500 calories (GAINING a pound can also be done by eating an additional 3500 calories).

Simply by watching what you eat, and reducing your daily intake by 500 calories - you WILL lose one pound per week. Combine this with burning off 500 calories per day by working out (NOT as easy as it sounds to do EVERY day) will get you that SECOND pound per week.

Starvation is a BIG no-no! This will only force your body to store more fat, and reduce your metabolism - so when you DO eat, it will take FAR longer to digest (and thus push your calories UP)...

Make well healthful offerings that is my recommendation for those who cannot do any form of pastime correct now...however you'll do pilates . Anyway and there may be additionally this milkshakes that you'll ask in your nutritionist approximately that they make you lose starvation and stuff , simply drink one within the day and don'r bypass breakfast of path!

Aww, sweetie, that's a bad idea. Just cuz they're "skinny" doesn't mean they're happier or more beautful. If you wanted to lose weight that's completely up to you. Just don't do the diets like the one someone posted. You could get really sick or even worse. You'll do it somehow but do it safely. Maybe talk to a doctor or someone who can help you.

losing 10lbs a week is very unhealthy and you wont really be able to do that with really any diets. you should follow a diet and excerise daily and you should lose about 2-4lbs a week which is healthy, losing too much weight will later on than have you gain some back.

Well, you could go to the gym and exercise then after an hour you could go to subway each day. I don't think weight will come off that quickly. I hope you lose weight : )

Black coffee/tea, ½ grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans.

DAY 2

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ½ banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

DAY 3

Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.
