If you mean a stigma, it just means your eye lens is oval shaped

Not quite....

Your eye has become slightly more oblong than round...not the lens, the whole eye.

That pulls your cornea a bit out of shape and causes the astigmatism. Like distortortions in a cheap window pane.

I have this problem with my eyes, it is known as astigamtism. I have to wear glasses as this condition means my eyes can't focus clearly.
