like ur suppose to burn more calories than what u take in everyday, but if you eat 1300 calories, how are u suppose to burn all of those off, its a ton! what do i do, i wanna lose about 2 lbs a week

You burn that much just by being awake and active. On average, one burns about 400 calories just by sleeping alone.

well u can work out hard but its ok if u hit a stop and have a hard time losing and 2 punds a week is gonna be hard
