No medicine other than an aspirin if you tolerate it, or acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache. Then, lots of water, a glass an hour to rehydrate; then a bit of something to eat to bring your blood sugar back up.

Drinking a good amount of water while drinking helps reduce effects of alcohol on your body, to a good degree reduces chances of getting a hangover in the first place.
I dont think there is a quick fix for hangover. You can take a pain relieving medicine but a hangover is basically your body's reaction to flushing out the alcohol from your system.
if you are experiencing a hangover drinking water helps, a lot of water helps keep you hydrated and wash out the alcohol from your system. Drinking juices rich in Vitamin C also help. Caffeine based drinks will probably make matters worse, stay away from them.

Drink half a warm beer, about 6 ozs. take two ibuprofen, than eat a peanut butter sandwhich. Next time keep yourself hydrated the night of drinking by using water throughout also keeps your "buzz" going. Never had a hangover with that method nor vomited

I'd just sleep it off...as its hard for me to drink water with a hangover as it usually comes back up in the form of warm water.....yuck. Try and close your eyes with a cool washcloth on your head...get some sleep..drink some juice containing 100 juice and later when you are awake try to eat something light..like soup.

Personally, I drink a Coke with a ton of ice in it. Works for me!
Also, odd as it sounds, and tomato based drink or food helps alleviate hangover symptoms. Drink a Bloody Mary and that should work. :)

Coffee and a cold shower can sober you up quickly. . .
So says everyone. The truth is that only time can sober you up.
Try drinking honey water, though. Or get some food in your system. It will definitely help you get over a hangover more quickly.

For me whenever I am too hungover I eat greasy food. At first it is hard for me to eat it since i am usually nauseous, but once i am finished my stomach feels so much better. My favorite hangover food is Burger King.

NOTHING WILL STOP a hangover.
I learned it in BIOLOGY.
im 14 and you even think you can get over a hangover! You cant.
Your stomach takes one pint every hour.
You just have to rest.
No foods, showers & drinks & medicines will help.
