Some women have an obsession with their weight. They always perceive themselves as being fat, when really that's typically not the case.
My advice to you is to ignore her when she says she thinks she's fat. If you ignore her for long enough when she says that, she'll eventually stop. Try that.

i have a friend that used to do the same exact thing. it drove her bf crazy. keep reassuring her that she is the most beautiful person in the world, not ugly or fat whatsoever. soon enough, she will believe you and begin to see her body in a whole new light.

Your gf sound like one of my friends.Just keep telling her that she looks great the way she is.That youlike her the way she is and that you don't want her to change.Tell her about all the reason's that you like her and add that in that she is great the way she is.complament her eery now and then.

maybe she justs need you to tell her otherwise thats why she keeps saying that. the pressure on girls these days to look a certain way is overwhelming...just make sure she knows that you think she's pretty....
