I didn't click on your link. I love, I have a neighbor who is Gay and he is a very good man. He is a good friend and he believes in and trusts in the Lord. I would never judge him. He knows this. Only God can judge.
God is the sorce of all love. God is the author of loving relationships. God is love. God understands. God forgives.

Easy.
You preach the Gospel. If they respond, they are drawn to Jesus. If they are not wanted by God, then they will reject the message.
I watched much of this video, and bookmarked it so that I could see it after work. Thank you for the link.
But what the two evangelists are doing in rather a legalistic approach. I like that they are not into the "God hates Fags" thing, or telling them that their sin is okay, but then they turn to the right and become those that attempt to do the work that is what God does. In effect, they put sin as a stumbling block before the Gay men they talk to - in trying to convict the hearer, when the conviction comes through the Holy Spirit.
God works with people on their level. Peter couldn't bring himself to use the word 'agape', so Jesus responded by coming down to Peter's level with phileo. I believe that they same applies to these people. You let God do His work, preach the Gospel. You don't need all this dialog - unless you want to adopt a legalistic tendency.
I hope you bring many to Christ. But please consider what I said and weigh everything on the Holy Spirit.

Both things go hand in hand , why shouldn't we love the lost ??? When you are truly born again , you receive the agape love of God , the some love that He has for us and then you are able to love anyone inspite of what they do and say or how they live. The bible says" With love have I drawn thee ".
It is the greatest commandment of all.

Love the sinner, hate the sin!! Being a christian myself, it is not my place at all to judge those who do wrong since we have all fallen short of the Glory of God!! We must love everyone....even our enemies!!

That was a cool site. Thanks for sharing!
It's sad that we Christians are considered hate-mongers or homophobes because we tell the Gays/Lesbians their lifestyle is wrong according to God's standards. Just because I tell my teens its wrong to have sex outside of marriage doesn't mean I hate them and so is the same for the homosexual. It's wrong but we don't have to hate them for telling them so.

What gain does a person have on witnessing only to the "good ones" when the "bad ones" are the ones that need us the most?

Simple. Everyone has a spirit within. And if you are guilty of one sin, you are guilty of them all. Which means there is no one sin that is worse than another.

The way you would to anybody else.
W/ respect, reasonableness, Scripture, etc...
Jesus said "a heathly person doesn't need a physican."
We are all sinners,
no one person is greater or better than any one else.
Period.

I have no fear of talking to homosexuals about the sin of homosexual activity in a charitable way. (*note that I said "homosexual activity" and not "homosexuality".) He/she may listen and in so doing I will plant the seed of truth. That's about all I can do. When speaking to gays, I often use alcoholism as an analogy. I tell them an alcoholic has to make a choice:
1) They can say "God made me this way so it must be okay to get drunk"
or
2) I know I'm alcoholic, I know drunkeness is a sin, so I need to check myself.
I apply that same logic to homosexuals: Recognize the wrongness of the activity and don't give in to your weakness. I don't hate homosexuals, just like I hope nobody hates alcoholics. We're all sinners, and we all have particular weakness to a particular sin. The key is to be the master of your weakness and overcome it, and don't buy into the lies of modern society or political-correctness.
I invite you to learn about "Courage" - http://couragerc.net/
"Courage" is an apostolate of the Catholic Church and ministers to those with same-sex attractions and their loved ones. You'll never hear about it in the mainstream media: They have many success stories of people overcoming their same-sex atraction issues, and sometimes even getting married to fellow members of he opposite sex. They are amazing stories - stories which prove wrong the notion that you are just born that way and there is nothing you can do about it.
EDIT: To "bettyanne": The word "homophobia” is a non-sequitur. It is nonsensical. A phobia is a fear, and people like me who belive homosexual activity is a sin have NO FEAR
