By human sacrifice I mean a person taking another person and slaughting him/her on an altar to The LORD God!

Depends.
God was pleased when His son Jesus voluntarily gave up His life.
And when a martyr dies for the true faith, this is also pleasing to God, although it does not have the same infinite spiritual value as the death of the god/man Christ.

Jesus came to die for our sins.
NO sacrifices of any kind are needed any longer.
