Yes I would like to know of a way to loose about 30lbs. a good meal plan or excersize plan would be great. so if you guys have a good web site just let me know.

go wheat free (no bread, pasta, pizza and so on). My mother friend lost 5- pounds doing this and nothing else. Ah, and no food after 7 p. m.

1. You don't need a plan just enjoy and be happy with who you are now.
2. Drink lots of water before you eat.
3. Take more fiber than what you need.(especially before you eat).
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables... Do some cleansing and fasting sometimes.
5. This is the most important!- imagine 2 set of bodies. The A(fat body-you) and the B(slim body-you). What if the spirit of the B(slim) will go to A(fat) what will happen? then act as if your the spirit of B going to A. then.... do the process. You will feel as if. your not really straining yourself... to loose weight... but happy changing your weight.. Enjoy my tips...!

I've answered this type of question many times already. There is no real way to lose weight fast, no matter what TV commercials and diet ads tell you. Losing weight takes time and effort. It's not as easy as it seems, too. I know what you're going through (I'm trying to lose 35 pounds myself) and I've lost weight (17 pounds) effectively before. Send me a message and I'll give you plenty of tips on how to lose weight. For starters:

Don't drink soda and switch to water. When I say switch to water, I mean drink lots and lots of water. Many times our body tells us that we're thirsty and we interpret it as hunger by mistake.

Get rid of all fast food gradually. It's really hard to quit fast food at once because you'll want it even more. It's like wanting something you can't have; you'll just try harder to get it. Slowly wean yourself off of fast food and junk food and it willl become easier for you.

Remember that we all make mistakes. Don't beat yourself up if you break your diet a little. Don't tell yourself that you have to start over; it's just a little bump in the road that you'll have to go over and keep going.

Don't get discouraged if you don't lose as much weight as you want to as quickly as you want to lose it. Your body needs to adjust to your new weight during the process so you may hit a plateau during your diet. Don't give up! If you are consistent in your weight loss, it will eventually happen.

You did not gain your weight fast. You will not lose it fast. I am losing weight by eating off a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. Mainly fruits and vegetables. I have cut back on my alcohol until I now only have a beer with my meals. It's working well for me. I have lost 40 pounds in 6 months.

Hey i have that problem too and im to scared to go running by myself around the block coz i will look like ann idiot... lol... just try doing 10 mins of exersise in the morning and night each day for 4-7 weeks..it might help

YOU MUST DRINK 5 X 8OZ GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY.
THE DIET MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO LOSE 10LBS IN 3 DAYS.

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, ½ grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans.

LUNCH

Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.


THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING.

i had a web.....

but yea. how much do you weigh, because if you weigh 120lbs, you're supposed to drink 180 oz of water everyday.

because it builds water weight but quickly looses after.

try to only have 2000 calories of food per day.

excercise.

actually this is what i usually put in these.

build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
pretty much pay attention only to your food when you eat
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer

you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block.

then slowly increase the time, by 5 min per day.
and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

also laughing for 10-15 minutes
burns75 calories

If you get cravings in afternoon, it means you're not getting enough food in the day.
Have and extra half apple, or an extra of something healthy for breakfast or have a snack before
yur usual cravings start everyday.

diet and excercise!
go to the gym
or join a club like squash,swimming,something involving alot of movement.

BOXERCISE! is so good you burn loads!! <--i did it but you will get very tired!

try a calorie controlled diet aswell.

or go to weightwatchers?? ive never been but heard good things.

a little bit of excercise regularly goes a long way!
