It's not the cat litter he's after. Try giving your cats a product called Forbid. You can get it at pet shops

a woman cat in warmth is an stressful, inconsolable, noisy creature which will go into warmth each month till she is spayed, or bred. If bred you have a collection of below foot fur balls working around you're able to be able to desire to locate properties for. That final section isn't as worry-free because of the fact the cute faces make you think of. If bred she would be in a position to go into warmth cycles 4 to six months after birthing. If no longer spayed or bred the consistently changing hormones can deliver approximately well being problems overdue in life.

I grew up in a house with cats and dogs and it was not uncommon for the dog to go liter-diving.

Try placing the liter pan in a playpen, like the ones used for little babies to play outside. The cat can jump in, but it keeps the dogs out.

I would put the kitty litter in a cat tree so the dog can't reach it. it will give the kitty some privacy too

It's the cat poop he loves. I would say just scoop the boxes several times a day, try to get to it before he does.
