It's called statutory rape, consensual sex with a minor...many states have different laws and penalties for the age of consent...if convicted of third degree sexual assault, a class B felony, when a minor is under 16 and the adult is 21 or older, could be sentenced up to 10 years in prison and/or given a fine of $200,000.

If you have to come on right here and ask if you'll have intercourse with anyone you are no longer able. If you particularly knew that you simply desired to take that subsequent step you might were ready to make the correct resolution for your self. Also, any time you cross in the back of your mom and dad again in the event that they uncover out they are going to be mad at you. You say they already do not like your boyfriend due to the fact of sneaking round. If you had been to have intercourse with him with out consulting them or no less than telling them what you had been making plans that is simply a different rationale for them to not believe you and to not like him. I realize speakme on your mom and dad approximately this might be tough, however earlier than you're taking any longer steps ahead to your courting together with your boyfriend, you have to introduce him on your mom and dad.

It depends where you live.

For example in the UK, the age of consent is 16. So anyone aged 16 or older can have sex with anyone they want.

In some states they take age gap into account, and would probably be okay with a two year age gap, even though he is technically an adult and you are technically a child.

The link I posted is a pretty good guide so you can look up where you live and read the law for your locale.

In all states except Indiana, it is considered statutory rape in most cases when one person is under 18 having sex with someone 18 or over.

No, but why do you want to spread it around for? It's nothing to be proud of, you should feel ashamed. Now when you meet the man of your dreams, when your about 25-35, he may not want you, because your a has been. I should have said HAD been.
