It's best to wait till you're 18, you may regret it later in your adulthood. (if I got a tattoo as a teen, I may have covered it later cause my interests have changed since).

If someone is willing to tattoo you underage, then who knows what other laws they aren't paying attention too.
Wait. You've got less than a year until you can get one legally. That gives you a year to decide what you REALLY want and could live with for the rest of your life.

It depends on what state you live in. My brother was 17 and able to get a tattoo but had to have a parent there.

Mexico. But be careful my neighbor goes there all the time and I had to tell him they misspelled his tattoo.

U'll regret it soo much. Ur mom and dad would find out. U'll get in trouble. And it will just be a bad memorie. IdK where you can, but I hope u don't find a place because u'll just wish u never did it
