red beans and rice actually is a good start. Don't start eating too many fats. Make sure you do a little bit of aerobic exercise to keep things firm. Also try a high protein diet for a while. Avoid carbs for 6 days of the week, then load up on as many as you can the 7th day. Good Luck!

You don't want to be thick. Most thick women I have known blew up after having children. Best to let the thickness go away right now. That way, when you have your first baby (if you want one), you will be thick at that point.

i don't know that eating something is going to give you thickness, as opposed to fat...
what i'd suggest is working out. focus on building muscle mass in your thighs and glutes. that way you'll have the shape you want but in a healthy way.
i know ice skating is really good for the lower body in that respect, as is football (soccer - the one actually played with the feet), dancing, and running.

Just stick with it and do some sqatts ,, time will thicken you ,keep with it ,a year will change you, but if you rush it ,it might not last, patience and persistance will get you where you're looking to go .

when the wait comes off me, it starts with my, legs, breast and butt. when the weight comes on those are the same areas it attacks.
so, if those are not your areas that your body works with i don't know what i can say. take notice of what your body does.
