I love Food Network and Epicurious (Bon Apetit and Gourmet Magazines)...Both have lots of pix, step by step instructions, both are (mostly) made by professional chefs, both have a review and rating system, so you can know how well the dish is reviewed, plus read and write reviews. Bonus - both have recipe boxes, if you sign up (both free) that you can save your favorite recipes in.

I like this one best and use it the most because it has good recipes,step by step instructions(if you need), pictures and is broken down by parties,type of meat,holiday,course and region.
