My boyfriend broke up with me yesterday because he thought that I like Mexican guys and I don't. I'm really upset. I am about to cry. Can someone help me cheer up?

Even the best go through rough times. Dont cry. There are better guys out there, and you'll find one. Focus on yourself and what you like to do. Get some girls and hang out with them. You have your whole life to date. Be an independent woman, and show him that you have your own life and you dont need him to be happy. Tell him you may not like Mexican guys, and you sure as heck dont like jerks like him.

To break up with you because he THOUGHT your liked a certain race is just an excuse. He had no other REAL reason and that was all he could think of. Sorry to say but this won' t cheer you up,
Just remember that you will break up with someone down the road and it's better to be honest as to why your breaking up. Plus you'll need to experience several different types of BOYFRIENDS in order to find the right MAN.
Let it out and go on with your life. don't brood about it to long, the right one might come when you least expect it. Be happy with your self and enjoy your new freedom.

I don't know if this will help you cheer up but......... your now ex-boyfriend is a loser. Regardless if you liked Mexican guys or not you're with him. If you liked someone else then you wouldn't be with him. It's always hard when a relationship ends...it is the loneliness part. Here is a kick *** joke....

By using that lame excuse, your boyfriend simply wanted to break up with you.
Don't cry, girl.
That's his lost.
You deserve so much better than a man who is going to lie to you so that he can do what he already wanted to do.
Mourn for a day or two but then move on. You've wasted enough time on that loser. Don't waste any more by crying over a losing cause.

Well your boy friend is being an idiot. Give it a few days and inside he will realize what a loser he is because he will have lost a wonderful person like you from his life.
As for you please don't cry, you are a wonderful person and are better off without him. In time you will meet someone who will treat you like the princess that you deserve to be.

If your boyfriend broke up with you for that reason, then he does not trust you enough.
I think he is not good enough for you, you deserve better than that, don't you?
I don't know how old you are but I think there is somebody much better for you out there.... and think of all the good your ex boyfriend now misses because of the brake up ...

You know what, if it was that easy for him to break up with you, you don't want him anyways. I'm sure your very beautiful and could get any guy you want. You should go out with your girlfriends to a club or something, get s**t faced and meet some guys. You don't need that other guy. Good luck!

but that's a really lame excuse to break up with someone. the whole mexican thing probably had nothing to do with it, he was just ready for it to be over. wait a little while then call him or something and say you want to talk. it's hard to wait i know you just want him now, but you have to.
