My dog has been urinating while asleep and while awake lying down. She won't stop and it has been happening frequently and only started recently. She is 14 months old. What do I do?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection she needs to see a vet for antibiotics.

Has she been spayed? Spaying can cause incontinence in some dogs but it can be controlled with daily medication.
