i can't stand it! my nipple is deep inside. and i just don know why it does not grow out. whenever i'm having sex i felt down when he see my nipple is not popping out. help me. if you know how to help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!!

o__o this is slightly disturbing to be asking the whole world, *sorry!* I would try taking a cold shower! If that doesn't work.... I'd try not worrying about it, maybe lay off the sex until your boobs are the way you want them, especially if you aren't married, it could be good for you. It may be hormone related... If your taking birth control pills it might be doing that too..... but don't get off them unless you have some other kind of birth control.... (yikes!) Sorry if this isn't a super answer- I've got the same problem, but I'm not sure how to deal with it perfectly.

There are procedures that some plastic surgeons use for inverted nipples. There are also massage techniques that may have limited benefits. If it bothers you, it might not hurt you to see a plastic surgeon and ask him/her what he/she thinks about it, only a qualified doctor can make those sorts of diagnoses. Good luck!
