Visas are issued for specific purposes - if she was coming as a student, for example, she would need a student visa. Each type of visa has specific requirements.
It sounds as though she might want a visitor visa (maximum six months); she would not be allowed to work, she would need sufficient funds to support her holiday here, and need to convince the British embassy of her intention to return before the visa expired, for example by showing that she hs a job/family/business etc to return to. Sponsorship from you could help with the financial bit BUT would certainly lead the Embassy to suspect that she might be planning to stop on with you and overstay her visa, or attempt to change her status once in the UK (not possible).
A better option might be to arrange a course for her here at Home Office recognised educational institution, she would need to show how she will afford her fees and living expenses, but should have no difficulty getting the visa. With this visa, she would be allowed to work part-time.
Hope this helps.

This link takes you to the Home Office site where you can find a plethora of information concerning immigration, visa types, and who qualifies for what. A lot will depend upon how well you know this girl, why she's coming to visit, and how long she plans to stay. The longer the stay, the harder it becomes to get permission. Maximum length is 6 months for most visa types. She'll probably need a UK sponsor. Anyway, the link above is a good place to start finding answers.

A 6 month tourist Visa is normal, but it will require that you have known each other for some time and you have visited her in her country.Photos of that visit will be needed. But is unlikely that unless you conform to the regs she will get a Visa. You may complete the 9 page application form online simply by typing British Embassy in your search bar and following the prompts.Fees are non refundable and they dont have to give you reason for refusal.I do warn you that it will not be easy and suggest you are present with her at interview at the Embassy.

A better link is attached below - length of leave really depends upon the purpose of the stay in the UK.

You shall not exploit young girls from Asia. You can sponsor them for education purpose and get a student visa.
