Rushes! are they not reeds that grow in water ways?
If you mean rashes I suggest you go to your Dr, sounds like you may have got it infected.

It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the ink of the tatoo. If it is getting worse, or lasting longer than a week or so you should consider going to the Dr.

I suggest you see your doctor right away, this could be a simple reaction or an allergic reaction or it could be an infection. I saw several in the ER that I wouldn't bet came close to loosing their limbs.
There are several laws going through in a few states now that will regulate tattoo parlors and the way they do them.
We have a few in our area in the hair saloons, done by the girls that learned out of magazines for GS, do you believe that?
