me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 months
We live in different towns, but we see eachother every half term and summer holidays
When he is on his own he always says he loves me and he sings to me on the phone, and plays computer rugby while i just sit there and listen to it all.
but when he is with his mates, he speaks for abit about me watching rugby or this nd that, then i hear girls and boys in the background, then he says can u call me later, as soon as i say yes, he usually hangs up, or if i say ok love you, he says you 2 and then hangs up
it makes me suspicious abit
with girls in the background
he says he will never cheat on me but im very concerned cuz i love him so much
i'd never do anything to hurt him cuz he is my first serious boyfriend.
our parents dont know about us just yet cuz we're not ready to tell them.
But all i want is him to just come out and say it, weather his friends are there or not
i would but im never with my mates when im on the phone to him...

He is immature. If he treats you this way when you are not around it is either that he is not willing to admit to his friends that he has a girlfriend (immaturity) or because he finds you clingy (he is selfish).
Face it, since he sees you only once or twice a term, he may well have other girlfriends. But that doesn't need to be a problem. You're both young and should enjoy meeting other people until you are certain you have found the one that is right for you.

You might not want to hear this but it seems like he's bragging about you being a puppet on a string,like you actually just listen to him playing a computer game? If he thinks that you're totally devoted and stare at him all lovingly and star struck he more than likly thinks your no longer a challenge. You have to at least pretend you have a life other than him but in all honesty I wouldn't waste my time with him. He's treating you like s*#t trying to make himself look big to his mates and probly(believe it or not) using it as a way to flirt with one of the girls that are there with him.What ever he sounds like a total jerk to me trust me I've learnt the hard way. If you think I'm wrong maybe I am I don't personally know him but from what you've written I wouldn't give him my time if I were in your position. What does your gut say? Don't let him treat you like crap because you think he's hott ,believe it or not there are guys out there that aren't jerks and are also hot

Your boyfriend sounds like he is not ready for the world to know he is in love. He is afraid of the teasing from his friends or the unavailability of himself that will show to others (girls). He probably loves you but not publicly. Keep your heart guarded with this one. Maybe he will mature enough to not care what people will do or say because of his relationship with you but at this time he is not willing to take the heat.

its still early time in your relationship but you might wanna tell him how uncomfortable and anxious you feel when you call him and his mates are around and some girls too,do you know these girls maybe you feel less insecure if you knew who they were so he better explains and maybe you gotta set some special time then he knows its you and he could make sure its a bit more quiet then OR better you not call him but let him call you or do some textmessages......but again if you have some negative feelings about all this he might not be the right boyfriend for you

In American terms "Chill out". I am sure he doesn't want to have his mates hear him say "I love you" and any other things he would talk about. If you hear ONLY one girl then you might have cause to worry, but if there are a lot of girls in the background I don't think you have any thing to worry about.

Because you don't have anything to say, you're just calling for no reason and that kind of call is tedious, especially with other people in the room.
Because he knows you're spying on him and its annoying?

i don't know for 100%, but i'm pretty sure he's not cheating on you. he's just a guy. if your friends were over would you talk on the phone? it'd be kind of weird. cuz like, they expect you to do stuff with them, cuz they're at your house, but you'd be like, ignoring them then they'd get mad. so just tell him how it makes you feel.

Your both young, you'll learn that it doesn't change much when you grow up and have the wrong guy. Have you heard the saying "He's just not that into you." Well he is to young to be into anything, but games.

i think its just his mates will tease him if he's saying he loves you down the phone. it shouldnt matter but it does. im sure they all know about you and that he's keen on you he just wants to keep his feelings for you between yourselves right now.
try not to read too much cos if you start gettin defensive you'l push him away.
talk to him about tellin your parents if thats what you want, accept he loves you but just doesnt want his mates to know just how much and enjoy it sweetie x
