Many people make the mistake of believing that God forgives “little” sins such as lying, anger, and impure thoughts, but does not forgive “big” sins such as murder and adultery. This is not true. There is no sin too big that God cannot forgive it. When Jesus died on the cross, He died to pay the penalty for all of the sins of the entire world (1 John 2:2). When a person places his faith in Jesus Christ for salvation, all of his sins are forgiven. That includes past, present, and future, big or small. Jesus died to pay the penalty for all of our sins, and once they are forgiven, they are all forgiven (Colossians 1:14; Acts 10:43).

'The next day John saw Jesus coming towards him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world" '(John 1:29). We are ALL sinners - no-one apart from Christ Jesus is without sin. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them.... God made him [Christ] who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God" (2 Corinthians 5:16-21).
However, there is one sin that can never be forgiven. "But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin" (Mark 3:29). Interestingly, Jesus said this because the Jewish teachers of the law said Jesus was healing through the power of Satan, not the power of the Holy Spirit.
The reason we are sinful is because sin first entered into the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God. No-one can escape it. So, although sin is due to the fall in Paradise, Jesus died for ALL sin - yours and mine - and this is personal sin. However, unless we repent of our sin and are baptised, the shed blood of Jesus Christ will not cover us. We must acknowledge Jesus as our Lord and Saviour and call upon his name for salvation.

Christ Jesus came as the redeemer for mankind to die for Adamic sin which we all inherited. He promises that if we commit sin he can plead to God for us that our sins will be forgiven.--Ro 5:12; Mt 26:41; 1 Ti 2:5; Jas 5:15. If Christians makes a practice of sin they would be grieving God's holy spirit and therefore they would not receive help unless they made a concerted effort to overcome their sins--Joh 14:26; Eph 4:30. The help of the spirit of God would help them to resist sin if they repent and try to overcome their weaknesses. There are different sins which are mentioned in scripture, those which are more serious than others. There are also those which are due to our weaknesses and those which are intentional. The Greek scriptures gives us the moral code of sin so we can work to overcome them.--Ga 5:16-25. Ofcourse a Christian is always in need of forgiveness, as we all sin every day. For instance we may harbor bad feelings toward others who may offend us or we may allow our tempers to flair up. It is a conflict within ourselves that we have to struggle with every day.--Ro 7:21-25. With God's help we can learn to control sin, and show him that we are making an effort to please him. There is a sin that is unforgivable which is blasphemy against the holy spirit.--Mt 12:31. This is total rejection of it's help where ones finds no need of repentance by turning away from the practice of sin therefore making no effort on their part to allow the influence of God's holy spirit upon their lives.

Jesus did not die for any of our personal sins, in fact, he did not die out of sympathy for us. Jesus died to fulfil the biblical prophesies that predicted the crucifixion.
It is the reason for the crucifixion that deals with the sins of humanity and our inability to live a life free of sin. It is an offer, an invitation and an attempt by God to restore a relationship with Him in spite of our inability to live a sinless life. God knows that our human nature resists perfection.
It is the Cross that stands at the doorway to a life lived in close association with God by way of an agreed and simple condition.

I do beleive that Jesus died for my sins and he actually died for all of them, read John 3:16.Jesus cares and loves us,and he died for all our sins so that we wouldnt go to hell.but if we dont confess our sins to him and accept him as our Lord and personal savior,we are still at risk of total condemnation.[jhon 3:16''For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever beleives in him shall not perish but have an everlasting life.''Amen

He died to deal with the principal of SIN. Not just specific actions but the inner tendency.
No limitation. (See ROMANS 8:1)

Jesus died for ALL sins, not just some as the some religions believe. When He hung on the cross He had everyone of us in mind and loved us all unconditionally. That is why everyone regardless of race or sin is given the free gift of Heaven.

I dont believe jesus died at all.
Let alone he died for our sins
If he died for our sins what is the use of repentance and day of judgement.
Isaiah 52:13 "...he will be raised and lifted up....", which clearly and perfectly agrees with Islam about Jesus never died on the cross. "Raised and lifted" suggests that Jesus will be picked up right from the cross, or saved right from the cross by Allah Almighty. It suggests that Jesus will not die, nor get crucified, but rather be raised and lifted by GOD Almighty to Heavens.
