during weekdays i like poop once not a day but for the whole 5 days I only poop once...but during weekends I poop 3-4 times is it okay?or is it still bad?

Totally normal. It is a myth that you have to poo every single day. Everyone is different. As long as you feel fine, and you are drinking enough water and eating lots of fruits and vegetables, you are fine. Some people go every day, some people 2-3 times a week. There is a very wide range of normal.

Not great, but your eating habits, must differ on the weekdays then the weekends!! Try eating more fiber during the week to kinda regulate yourself!!

Don't worry about it. Sometimes I dont poot for 4 days too. It just depends on the kind of food you eat and your body's reaction.
