Is it true that your eyes work better with contacts if you've got a full night's sleep?

Somewhat true..I wear contacts if I only get 4-5hours sleep my contacts bother me the next day, It's because I haven't had the out long enough!

Absolutely. Lack of sleep can cause your eyes to hurt and putting contacts in exacerbates the problem. If you use natural tears eye lubricant that will help.

Never heard of that. Your eyes work better with contacts if you keep them clean as possible.

The only reason I would say yes is because when you are sleepy your eyes aren't lubricating themselves as well. Other than that, it shouldn't affect them.
