It is best to exercise when you have time in your schedule.
The time of the day does not matter to your body. The work out and calories are the same.
The weather or temperature may be a factor, but if all things are equal just do it when you can, there is really no difference.

It is actually ideal for a person to work out when they wake up due to a large quantity of the Human Growth Hormone in the blood. While you sleep your body is reconstructing and repairing from your workout or just daily wear and tear from the previous day. Having this chemical fresh in your blood counts for maximum muscel gains. But if it is impossible for you to be working out in the morning, don't sweat it. You are out there doing something which is more than half of Americans can say. Make sure to help boost your system by eating a diet rich in lean proteins and fiber, as well as a daily vitamin. Talk to your doctor about maybe starting some other supplementations like Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Green Tea, and Creatine. Good luck Chica!! and keep motivated!

It doesn't really matter when you exercise just so long as you do. But exercising late in the day may interfere with a good nights sleep.
Don't exercise with in 3 hours of your bedroom to prevent this problem.

I totally believe you kick-start your metabolism by exercising first thing when you wake up, ragrdless of what time you work. You are conditioning your body to stay ready to burn calories all day.
Sleeping right after a workout makes you wake up stiff and sore.

it is best to do cardio in the morning...you shouldn't eat anything, but drink water, do your cardio and then eat something. when you exercise before you eat, your body finds different fats to burn in your body, but your body will eventually need fod, so you eat afterwords...make sure you frink plenty of water...at list drink a ittle every 5-10 minutes of exercise...as far as weights, i dont think it matters because if you are looking to build muscle you should eat a lot of protein before the gym, so i dont think it matters. good luck
