its better to not forget the dreams....if you feel any pleasant effect on your mind after dreaming then you can not forget that...and if you forget... then it means your brain processed a thought when you were sleeping. so i always remember those dreams which leave good effect on my mind and that effect cant allow you to forget that dream bcoz it will have to come true and you will feel yourself astonished when you remember what you saw and come true. god bless you.

a lengthy time period in the past I had a chum who had taken some psychology classes that in contact the study of desires. She stated that they discovered that once you dream and are undisturbed you'll undergo in techniques the dream, yet when for any reason you're disturbed in the course of the dream (like possibly the canines jumps on the mattress causing the mattress to leap and this disturbes you), once you awaken you gained't undergo in techniques the dream. I continuously idea that changed into thrilling. i'm not particular that worry could save us from remembering our desires, i can undergo in techniques some very lucid, terrifying desires. If it does perchance it relies upon on the circumstances of the dream.

Think of dreams as the central clearinghouse of the things we feel, see and think in our lives. It is how we get rid of the trash, review our progress, and make behavioural adjustments as needed. Oddly, I have found that awake, someone may do mean things, then in their dreams they will somehow castigate themselves for the bad behaviour and the dream will suggest ways to correct it or scold the behaviour. Dreams are really quite amazing self help tools.
I don't remember my dreams very well either unless I consciously train myself to try and remember them when I wake up. After awhile of doing this, I will start having clear memories of what I dreamed about. So, dreams are a necessary tool for self growth, learning and insight, even if you don't consciously remember them, the information is there in your subconscious.

Even though your body sleeps, your brain is still working. Dreaming is a way to get rid of stress your brain may encounter through out the day and even at night while you sleep, because your brain recharges your body while you sleep. Sometimes we can remember our dreams, i think it depends what type of sleep you are in. Of course there are all of the unexplained mysteries of the mind when it comes to dreams and visions and all that stuff.

Most people remember at least an occasional dream, if not all of them.
Everyone dreams, even those who say that they don't. They just don't remember.
My theory is that people who don't remember their dreams are very concrete types who only believe what they can see and touch, and they are fearful of exploring another dimension to life, so they block those memories out.
