Whatever, Islam says is correct. Christianity is wrong because the Bible is corrupted; plain and simple.

I don’t know about Christianity but Judaism teaches this just like Islam dose

In Islam Sarah is Abraham's wife. He also had another wife "Hajar".
Isac is the son of Sarah and Ishmael is the son of Hajar.

The OT and NT as you know were not preserved authentically by a scientific process but the final testament (FT) the holy Quran is preserved to the level of the word so you will find only one version of the Quran which was the same as the one revealed 1500 years ago as fresh and accurate as was ever been. Actually, the Bible teaches that Sarah was Abraham's half-sister, not his full sister.
"She is indeed my sister, the daughter of my father but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife."
