I play video/computer games, listen to music, watch movies, do puzzles, blog, answer questions...

Do you remember in Men in Black, how David Cross was mouthing the dialogue to the Zarthan movies? I do that to movies I watch frequently. I'm such a 'tard. But it's fun.

When I want to cheer up I make a cup of hot chocolate and watch TV. It's the perfect way to forget about your problems. However, sometimes it does not work so you can try with music or may be a nice book. You can also think of something crazy or why don't you invite a friend. There are plenty of things, but often when you don't feel OK you just forget. Next time you can write a list of things and when you don't feel very happy just read the list and choose something that will cheer you up.

Take a long walk or some type of exercising. Doing this helps get your endorphins going, which in turn helps you clear your head or problems and makes you feel alot better.

A relaxing spa or an antistress pack something like fruit or cucumber
one works wonders.

If there is some way you can exercise at home that would be great, otherwise if you have any friends that you won't be waking up you could call them up.

Just get it over with and cry...it always works for me...its really hard for me to cry...and i will be stressed for like weeks at a time then finally cry..and its like im calm after that...its a huge release haha
